We wanted to give management the benefit of the doubt and hoped they would reconsider our positions. Originally the plan was to wait until our lease term expired to write our review. Gables doesn't seem to care much about the loyal residents.
Nothing. STAY AWAY!!!!! This place is complete piece of shit from management down. Please feel free to contact the leasing office regarding any issues you notice on the property. But we do know that this isn't always enough...even people who did everything they can to protect themselves and with our screenings in place, can end up being a victim of a crime. Please come by the leasing office so we can discuss this as well as the items you mentioned in your home. No call ever came. Email me listings and apartment related info. Our team works hard to ensure that our residents have the best possible living experience. Living in Gables Boca Place has been the single most horrible experience of my life. Apartments at Gables Boca Place are equipped with 10’ Ceilings, Balcony and Energy Star ® Appliances and have rental rates ranging from $ 1,360 to $ 2,815. We had 5 leaks over 2 years. We have been talking about renovating the fitness center later this year hopefully.
Also, the landscaping is dirty for the apts in the back part of the complex.

1/23/2018I know we have spoken to you about this and all of the issues you mentioned have been taken care of. We are located in a quiet and beautiful residential area. Gables Boca Place Apartments offers 1-3 bed, 1-2 bath units and was built in 1985. But we do know that this isn't always enough...even people who did everything they can to protect themselves and with our screenings in place, can end up being a victim of a crime. We value how important they are to you and we strive to make your pets feel right at home. On our side, we screen for criminal background in an effort to thwart criminal activity. Factors that influenced these ratings include building design, construction, exterior spaces, and amenities. The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Sadly, not the case.
The professional leasing staff is ready for you to visit. Lastly, we did discover that there were no apartment sizes in what we are leasing, in inventory (until mid-August) thus creating a possible opportunity for a new tenant. One thing I don't like is that they have a tiny gym. They don't pick up after their dogs; without any consideration for the other residents living there. It is unfortunate that crime ever has to be a factor where we live.
Also town colony has much better residents. We appreciate all comments from our residents. Situated in the southwestern reaches of Palm Beach County, West Boca Raton contains a variety of residential and commercial development, much of which was constructed during and after the 1980s, when a booming economy and job market in the area precipitated the need to develop its western region to make room for thousands of newcomers. Maintenance guys do their best to fix requests. Breezeway areas: Cob webs, trash, and overall attention (or lack thereof) to common areas are not high priority. Learn about our commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance responsibility and our sustainability efforts. It is our goal to offer superior service, and we apologize that you experienced such issues with maintenance of your ceiling, pests, and noise.
