House was exactly what we all wanted. Wonderful place to stay and Helen was very quick to respond to any questions we had while we were there. The master bedroom had a walk in robe & full bathroom, with separate bath & shower plus separate toilet. the location was superb and the materials used for the resort itself enhanced the natural beauty of the enviroment which it was situated in the rooms were spacious and well equipped the room service menu had plenty of healthy options and the resturant also served enjoyable cuisine the staff were friendly and helpful we are returning for more of the same in october!!! The pool was awesome for cooling off after a hard days fishing and the private jetty made it so very easy for us to head out in to the gulf without the hassle of launching the boat every day. Everything was bright & cheerful: 2 living areas, well-appointed kitchen with microwave, entertainer's gas stove, BBQ area outside with old drinks' fridge and large family-sized dining table with 10 chairs. The home was clean, Aircon had been turned on prior to our arrival so the house was lovely and cool even on the 40 degree temperatures outside, the house had everything that you would use at home, including good size coffee cups, everyone commented on how comfortable they were at the home spending time together, it was relaxing. The huge, near-new, top-loading washing machine & modern fridge/freezer both worked well. Some of the alfresco plastic chairs were broken. Clean and everything worked in the house including BBQ facility and outdoor setting which we used to chill out after a long day on the water. There are 2 clotheslines. Highly recommended, will definitely be back. Thank you! We have used Ningaloo Holidays several times with our family over the years but usually in one of the larger houses in town. Lots of space, everything needed was there. The ladies loved the kitchen with all the nick-knacks needed for a comfortable holiday. you get and the portions are very generous. Pool area fantastic, gym great although a little small. As this just us and friends (two couples) we went for something a bit more upmarket. Loved this place! A great spot to relax and enjoy Exmouth! The location of the house was perfect, within walking distance to the shops and bars and had ample room for our two cars and 7m boat, it also had good facilities to wash everything down after a day out on the water. Jake Wilton was swimming off Ningaloo … A few minor niggles: no sandpit or outside play area for little children to play safely- unless they wanted to build tracks on the large gravelled, dirt backyard area. The 3m-wide manta - affectionately known as Freckles - has been cruising the rich Ningaloo Reef throughout her long 30-year life, transfixing hundreds of visitors in that time. We got the Exmouth prawns which were not fresh at all - they were not nice at all and we ended up leaving half the serve. Guests will also appreciate proximity to Town Beach, which is 300 metres away. Such a wonderful group to deal with. An array of activities are offered on site, such as snorkelling, diving and mini golf. Absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Dunes. Well worth the expense :). Beautiful ambience. Wonderful Christmas break with the family in Exmouth, the house is a fantastic layout and size for a large group, the huge front deck is where we spent most of our time.
