If you hear the chirping every cold start right at engine start you can remove the belt and start the engine sans the belt to confirm the noise is belt related or possibly coming from a loose plug. The dealer said they were having trouble hearing it, but will change the serpintine belt. They supposedly diagnosed it and the techs answer was this is normal.
