An energized crowd helped build a 12-point second half lead, but as we’ve seen so many times this year, they found a way to let this lead dwindle down in the final minutes. And who could forget dropping a 16 point lead when losing at “The Pit” against New Mexico (then #19)? Creighton will look to end their losing streak in Norman, Ill. and lengthen their current winning streak. If these second-chance opportunities can be cut down, look for Creighton to be in good position in the remaining minutes.
